The new executive Vice President of Cappelli Enterprises is Bruce Berg. Cappelli Enterprises is the major development company in the New York region and it's also the leading developer in Westchester County.
Bruce Berg began his career in 1983 as Project Manager for Xerox Reality Corporation; afterwards he worked for a while as director of Market Development for AMF Bowling and in 1999, he worked as a director of Development for Disney Development Company.
His work at the Cappelli Enterprises includes overseeing the approvals, licensing, design and leasing of numerous major projects such as Westchester - a big resort, City Center and The Ritz-Carlton. Besides, he is also responsible for design approvals and design of the Concord Resort Masterplan. CEO and president of Empire Resorts, David P. Hanlon, claimed that they needed somebody like Berg, who had so many work experiences.
His development background it's important as a great asset as the Empire resorts relocate their Monticello gaming and raceway facilities to the new Concord project in Thompson town, N.Y.
Berg lives with his family in Chappaqua, N.Y.
